day 23-day28

i haven't fallen yet! im still strong as ever!just got back from my zumba class! I love it more than ever..the class is awesome,theres more people now in the class..I am eating very healthy,lots of protein..lots of greens and for some reason always want fruit..not a bad thing..even tho it holds alot of sugar atleast its not carbs!
At this point i truly feel that its much easier,i;m enjoying the gym, I love cooking and eating healthy stuff..it just becomes a habbit a way of life.My goal now is to push harder at the gym, make a bigger effort,i really want to see results soon!
