day 29

well the kids have a ped day and i don't have a sitter so i'm home all day which means ill be munching alot more! But....I'm ready and prepared !!! I have fruits and veggies all clean and cut ready for me.I'm gonna cook a nice dinner this evening..baked chicken with some greens on the side, i was planning to go to my dance class this evening but not so sure i can since my devil visitor has returned!
I definatley see a change when i look in the mirror, my neck seems thinner, longer..For some reason this is where the weight starts shedding, in the face ,neck, shoulders.Unfortunatley the last place is the stomach!Again, consistancy is the key...following through...going to the gym....eating lots of protein...lots of veggies...drinking alot of water! No matter what theres no other way!
I will enjoy my day off with the kids today,i will also make time for the gym and do some weight training,this is also very important in losing weight..I have to say I;m feeling great!
